A combination of long gliding, kneading, and friction strokes are applied to the superficial tissues of the body, creating fluid and relaxing movements. This massage focuses on the whole body.
Treatment Massage

Treatment massage mostly focuses on a specific part of the body, example is the shoulder. The techniques used include range of motion, myofascial release, static pressure, cross fiber friction, and hydrotherapy. Hydrotherapy is the use of water in different forms. A moist heat pack increases blood flow and muscle relaxation. A moist cold pack or ice initializes vasoconstriction and reduced pain.
Deep Tissue Massage
(direct pressure)
Deep tissue massage affect the tissue deep within the body that can be difficult to find. The techniques are applied slowly and specifically. The strokes are long, sustained gliding strokes with prolonged direct pressure traveling across the muscles, cross the muscle fibers. Deep tissue techniques break up restricted muscles of fascia, restoring the space in the tissue and increasing blood and lymphatic flow. This massage can focus one a specific part of the body, but the whole body will be addressed.
Chair Massage

Chair massage is great for reducing environmental stress and encouraging health and wellness. Chair massage is available for groups and businesses. The minimum time is 2 hours and maximum time is 5 hours (with a 15 minute break). Each massage is from 10 minutes to 20 minutes.
