Policies are to encourage trust, safety, and comfort for both parties.

Kathy’s Mobile Massage is committed to:

  • providing excellent customer service
  • keeping client’s confidentiality
  • being respectful
  • professionalism in attitude and skills
  • treat clients as I would like to be treated

Kathy’s Mobile Massage is a private business. It deals only with cash/check, which is due at the time of the massage.

  • cancellations are to be made within 24hrs of the appointment time.
  • no shows or late cancellations may be charged 50% of the session.
  • for the safety of both client and practitioner, I will only see male clients in their home, if referred by someone I know.
  • sexual harassment in not tolerated.
  • sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Sessions started late, due to the client, will end on time and are full price.
  • sessions started late, due to practitioner, will still be a hour long or partial refund of payment will be given.
  • both client and practitioner will be clean, having showered the same day as the treatment.
  • the place should be clean, but I will not doing a inspection. I am there to lower stress not increase it.

The clients can expect from Kathy’s Mobile Massage

  • to be treated with respect and dignity
  • confirmed appointments the day before
  • my equipment and supplies are clean and safe
  • personal and professional boundaries are respected at all times
  • if I need to cancel an appointment, I will do so within 24hrs whenever possible. If an emergency arises and I cannot keep an appointment, I will provide a 25% discount on the next session.
